  • We work with Alumni teams to find the best times that work for their graduates.

    We meet at the same time each week for 6 weeks - online - and each group session lasts 1-1.5 hours.

  • We follow this plan:

    Week 1: Discover design thinking and how it applies to your career

    Week 2: Align your life and work beliefs into a coherent career plan

    Week 3: Identify what energizes and drains you in work and life

    Week 4: Explore multiple possible career paths

    Week 5: Conduct small experiments to test new career directions

    Week 6: Create a concrete, actionable career plan
