What the 4-week program looks like

A positive career transition service through tailored coaching for each individual

  • We begin with a 1-hour intake call to understand goals, define the speed of transition, and agree on a personalised plan based on the client's availability, direction, and confidence level.

  • Weekly online meetings with one or both coaches are paired with targeted activities to achieve practical weekly goals. These include:

    • Career Exploration: For those uncertain about next steps, we use tools like CliftonStrengths and Designing Your Life to help clarify direction.

    • Labour Market Analysis: We help your employee understand industry trends, job demand, and opportunities in their field to make informed decisions and effectively target their job search.

    • Resume & LinkedIn Optimization: Tailored advice to build a powerful resume and an engaging LinkedIn profile.

    • Networking and Outreach: Expanding professional networks with prototyping conversations and targeted outreach.

  • Each employee has access to a secure coaching platform for ongoing communication and resources, including assessments, job search tools, and progress tracking.

  • After Week 4, we conduct a follow-up session to review progress, provide feedback, and determine if additional support is needed.
