Thrive At Work
Helping you empower early careers, increase engagement, and retain top talent
6-Week Employee Program
Making “I can’t believe I get to do this!” a daily reality
In a world full of alarming stats about stress, anxiety, and burnout among early career professionals, it’s a challenge to help them thrive in their roles!
The Thrive At Work program is a powerful tool you can use to promote well-being, engagement, talent retention, and more.
In a powerful blend of individual and group coaching, the program helps your employees excel in their day-to-day work and positively impact your organization.
How to help your employees thrive
To thelp your early career employees thrive in their work, research points to 3 key factors:
Their individual capabilities: Leveraging their strengths, managing energy, making meaningful progress on goals, collaborating, etc.
Their work environment: Healthy culture, alignment with vision and values, etc.
Their work relationships: Feeling valued and supported at work, etc.
Thrive At Work uses this model to help your employees develop their individual capabilities within a safe environment, where they are supported by peers and experienced coaches.
Empowering early careers – in 6 weeks
How Thrive At Work helps your employees prepare to make a meaningful contribution in your organization:
DEVELOPING INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES
Equipped to take ownership of their development, your employees develop skills in what research states as ‘the single most important’ dynamic in boosting emotions, motivations and perceptions during a workday: making progress in meaningful work.
IN A SAFE & PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The program offers a powerful blend of expert one-on-one coaching and small group peer-learning led by experienced credentialled coaches. Both formats offer a safe space for confidential conversations to explore workplace challenges and solutions
NURTURING SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS
Individual coaching ensures tailored strategies for engagement and progress – with an action plan to sustain learning beyond the program. Group sessions inspire, challenge, and solve shared problems through peer learning.

What the 6-week program looks like
-
We begin with a 1-hour intake call to discuss the program, share details of your 5-10 employees, and understand goals.
-
Format
Individual Coaching (2 x 1-hour sessions): A pre-program session for personalized goal setting to maximize the program’s impact based on individual needs. A post-program review to measure outcomes and support sustained growth.
Group Sessions (6 x 1.5-hour sessions): Creates an intimate environment where participants can learn from peers, share experiences, and build supportive networks.
Core Topics
Ownership and Values: Taking control of your career and aligning work with personal values.
Energy and Strengths: Managing energy effectively and leveraging personal talents.
Goals and Habits: Setting meaningful goals and establishing habits to achieve them.
Reframing and Gratitude: Building resilience by shifting perspectives and focusing on positivity.
Balance and Impact: Creating work-life balance and understanding contributions to broader goals.
Communities of Practice and Next Steps: Networking for growth and planning for future learning.
-
Each session begins with reflection and sharing, followed by introducing a key idea or skill. After each session, participants are given assignments (approx. 1 hour) to apply learning to real-world scenarios.
We draw on proven techniques and exercises from Designing Your Work Life (e.g., reframing, energy mapping) and CliftonStrengths (e.g., strengths identification, application strategies) to drive transformation and engagement.
-
Each employee has:
Access to a secure coaching platform with weekly assignments, additional resources, and direct messaging to coaches.
Optional 15-minute check-ins and weekly office hours for personalized support.
Access to CliftonStrengths Assessment, with results participants keep.
After Week 6, we conduct a follow-up session to review progress, provide feedback, and determine if additional support is needed.
-
We bring our passion and expertise to help your early career employees thrive in the program and to be set up to thrive in their work. To make it a sustainable success, it will also require the full commitment of the employees and the organization throughout the program and beyond it:
Your employees will be asked to engage in the discussions and exercises in order to benefit from them. Similarly, they will need to give time and application to post-session assignments (around 1-hour each). Finally, to stay engaged at work, they should build on what they have discovered about their individual capabilities by applying their newfound skills and continuing to develop them.
Your organization will need to provide support throughout the program and beyond it. Having gained knowledge and skills in leveraging their talents and making progress on goals, for example, your employees will be keen to explore how to apply them in their daily work. This enthusiasm can soon be extinguished by a lack of support or an unconducive environment. So it is important that the organization and the employees’ leaders are committed not only to the program but its application afterwards.
With these measures in place, the program will lay a strong foundation for you to build upon to help your employees thrive.
-
The cost of the program is $300 per person (plus tax) for a group of 5-10 employees.
To give you an idea of value this represents:
An individual coaching session normally costs $100 per person and a group coaching session $50 per person
The program includes 2 one-on-one coaching sessions with BOTH our credentialed coaches, an equivalent to $400.
Together with the 6 x group sessions (an equivalent of $300), the program cost saving is just over 50%.
This does not factor-in the additional benefits of weekly 15-min check-ins, a CliftonStrengths Top 5 Report, and 24/7 access to the online platform.
Furthermore, although difficult to quantify, consider the potential savings that are associated with more engaged staff - less staff sickness, and reduced turnover - as well as the positive influence on your workplace culture that each participant will bring upon completion.
We hope the program details and cost per participant gives you a good feel for both the outstanding quality of the content and the value your organization will gain through the program.
One-on-one coaching and peer-learning helps your employees recognize and develop their capabilities, reinforce positive behaviours, and make a meaningful contribution.

A key benefit of the program is the ownership each participant takes for their ongoing professional development. To support participants in this, we encourage organizations to adopt and adapt the model (see above) which combines 3 key approaches to help employees thrive: 1) Continual development of personal capabilities, 2) A conducive organizational environment, and 3) Supportive relationships.
If you would like to discuss implementing this model effectively with ongoing coaching support in your organization, we would love to explore this with you.
