Susanne is taking on a leadership role at a dynamic, growing nonprofit and is no longer offering career coaching. If you’re looking for help with your next steps, our resources may be useful. If you’re looking to connect with Susanne directly, the best place to reach her is on LinkedIn.
Graham is stepping back from 1:1 coaching for a few months, but remains deeply interested in what helps people find meaningful work and thrive in it. He’s currently exploring two areas of career development:
how to support someone you love through a career transition, and
how to help new managers thrive as they step into leadership.
If these topics interest you, he’d love to hear from you.

If you've landed here looking for support, we may not be taking new clients but we didn't want to leave you empty-handed. Here are a few starting points based on what might be going on for you.
"I'm not sure what I have to offer" - When you've been doing the same thing for a while — or trying lots of different things — it's hard to see your own value clearly. You could start by naming your strengths with CliftonStrengths from Gallup.
"I keep applying but nothing's working" - Finding jobs is hard. You could jumpstart your process with The 2-Hour Job Search by Steve Dalton.
"Networking feels awkward or transactional" - Nobody wants to feel like they're using people. You could reframe it as curiosity — having conversations to learn, not to ask for favours. Designing Your Life by Burnett and Evans is a good place to start to learn about prototyping conversations.
"I feel like I'm doing this alone" - Job searching can be isolating. You could find your people with Never Search Alone by Phyl Terry — it's built around the idea that you need a team around you.
"I'm losing hope — it's taking too long" - This stuff takes time, and setbacks are part of the process. You could get perspective from The Squiggly Career by Helen Tupper and Sarah Ellis.
If you dive into one of these and want someone to think it through with, I'm happy to have a conversation. No coaching, just a sounding board.
